Saurav in his current role is responsible for development the Infrastrcture Business as a new offering for Quess Corp. The key areas of focus are Smart City Projects, Telecommunication & Transportation cutting edge digital transformation project. Prior to this Saurav was Leading Business development opportunities of Mid to large size deals with multi-service offerings, post-M&A integration, reviewing the operations & building operational strategy to enhance the value. As per for this role he has initiated multiple special projects leading value enhancement through Operational process / Technology transformation.
