Pronita Saxena is a social entrepreneur who builds technology to fundamentally alter essential service performance in cities at a global scale with experience in energy, water, and waste.
She has research experience at MIT's Poverty Action Lab and the Center for Global Development in Washington, DC. She has built strategic operations and priced natural gas contracts at EnerNOC, the global leader in demand response and partner to Tesla for the Powerwall. She is a part of the founding team for NextDrop, India's first civic tech startup facilitating information flows on water distribution. She started Citizengage, a platform for recycling economies, to transform how waste, energy, and operations are managed in our built environment.

We are building the foundation of recycling economies

that waste as a resource. We run this platform in real-time,
